Ned will participate in an open town hall meeting with Sen. John Kerry (D-MA), Paul Bucha, Chairman of VETPAC’s Advisory Board and Congressional Medal of Honor recipient, and Connecticut veterans at East Hartford Middle School. This is a ticketed event.
